to all teachers how do you handle your stubborn student?

i am a teacher in an intermediate level...i've met some naughty and stubborn students...all i did was, i prepared some activities that can catch their interest and before i begin with my activities, i will set some rules and once they followed the rules i will give them some rewards like adding points or giving them stars..they were very cooperative and my class has less distractions.it really works with my students.

It is not very easy to handle the stubborn students. But a teacher can create dream in any student's mind. Then he can perform better.

ignore them because they will be the one to suffer when they fail the subject
