Can anyone help me to configure a gamepad to be used in fifa 08?

I have a XFX gamepad. But I don't know why the right trick stick does not work for the use of skill moves. If you are a regular or skilled player of FIFA 08 you must have known about this control, normally in keyboard this control can be used by pressing the shift key. My gamepad also does not vibrate when it is supposed to. Can you help me to solve the problelm? If so, then how? Should I need a better driver?

I also had the same problem for a long time. I don't know if you still visit mylot as your post count is only 9 and this post was made 5 months ago.
Well, if you contact me again I might help you for that problem. I searched the internet for a very long time to learn about these things and now my joystick works perfectly with the right stick and even keeper selecting option works.
