its easy to anybody to use mobile while driving but its not easy to them when sometime they can create trouble or accidents while driving and using mobile not only for creating problem but also putting yourself into danger ///
guys out there just create a wholesome driving for safety only

In the Philippines, lots of drivers drive while talking to their mobiles, some uses their handsfree set others don't. Although, I guess there's a law regarding to this, most still do not comply.
