how can be a guy be fit if he dont have enough time to work out at gym?
i suggest streching exersice to those people.

If someone not have a tame for go to gym I recommended a those videos, if you do it right good result are sure.

short intensive bodyweight workouts can jolly well leave you sore for the next few days. try doing circuit of push-ups, squats, and pull ups. For pull ups you can do at your door, and for push ups, doing different variations
