Ok, if you are new in the job and you plan to have a better job in the future, just be patient and regard this moment as something that will benefit you (experience-wise) for your future reference. Your future job will eventually lead you to the kind of job you want. :) The very important thing with work is to have the passion in it. :)

Hi zhanglili! Everyone of us should earn our butter and bread. If your present job does not satisfy you then you should find another. If you are not qualified for better jobs then you should update your qualification so that you can get a better job.
