Getting fit

How do you get fit and what is the best advice that you could give someone else to exercise safely and effectively.

If you are planning on getting fit... I recommend exerciseing on a regular basis. Like 4 to 5 days a week. In this 5 days you can alternate between weight training and cardio. If you are weight training one day..then do cardio next day. In case of cardio, you can try.. 1. Running 2. Jogging 3. Cycling 4. Dancing 5. Anything that gets you moving. When doing weight training...focus on a single group of muscles at a time. Don't use heavy weights..moderate amount of weight works best. Also have proper food, cut off junk food and instead include protein rich foods like fish, chicken, meat, eggs...if you are a vegeaterian then have lots of fruits and green leafy veggies like brussel sprouts, spinach, etc. Have lots of milk..the calcium helps make bones strong. And please try to get an average 8 hours of sleep. Sleep helps relax body and build muscles. I hope this helps. :)

I scarcely fall sick or have some silly pains. my secret is every money i do some press ups, maybe up to 20 or more, after that do some skipping and take your bath. you'll look fresh and strong throughout the day. this is what i've been doing and i never regreted it.
