I think there are a lot of advantages of a cellphone with tv. You can watch your favorite tv anywhere you are and you can upload also a movie to your cellphone. And I think the disadvantages is the life of the battery.

Advantage of phone having a tv is that u call watch tv programs from any part of your travel, whether your in the toilet, cooking, making a line up in a concert, or even walking at the park, or anywhere. And take note! You'll never ever miss any of your favorite program for the tv itself is already at your hand 24/7.
Disadvantage of phone this gadget is that your be more addicted to it, that you might forgot to eat at the right time, and even lessen you sleeping time, For you have all the time given to spend it in watch movies you like.
