surviving college

Have u been in college? What do u love being in college? Have you met someone in college? Are you good in your academic status?Ive been in college for 4 years. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Social Work in one of the university in Philippines. At first i am so hesitant in going to college because i don't know the people around me. My friends in my secondary years enrolled in diferent schools. I am so lonely where i even don't know the people around but i need to go to school.
When i enrolled in engineering, in my 2 semester i got bad grade in my mathematics subjet, i failed twice, maybe because of culture shock. I really see myself as not me. because i failed. That time i then pursue on social work, and the thought that i could pass did happen. I really thank god for being there for me. I had known someone i thought i would love forever but it didn't happen,sad to know but the experience we had still remain and made me strong till i finished college.
great things take time to happen.

I am currently going to college. I was supposed to go to Stanford University as an English Major, minoring in Creative Writing. However, my parents don't support whimsicalities such as writing. So, now I am in a Hotel and Restaurant Management program. Pretty far off, huh?
I've been in college for about two years. I love my learning environment and my academic freedom. Unlike high school, I don't feel the pressure to get all those impressive grades anymore. As cliche as it sounds, it's more like finding yourself: your stand, your take and your pace in life. And about my course? I've learned to love it. I am actually bent on having a career in the hospitality industry, which makes my stay at the university fulfilling.
By the way, I go to the University of the Philippines as well.

i think so that HRM is that so good because i also love to be one of the students. i even think that i will be loving hotel restaurant and management because i love to cater people , entertain them like a queen. I even see my self as a receptionists. as of my work now i love my work coz partly i had to take care of the patients like giving them the most good stay as they have their sickness and that they will be well after discharging in the hospital.
