How did you feel about the ending?

Well Survivor: China came to an end last night, and Todd ended up being the winner. Did the person you liked the most come out the winner? Did you like the final 3 contestants? I had a little issue with the final 3, and wasn't pleased that one of them would be getting the million dollars. There are several people I felt were more deserving.

Out of the final 4 I wanted Denise to win especially after the remark Courtney made about her. She might not have been the best player but she was more deserving of the money. Courtney got on my last nerve. I am so happy that Denise was given money last night, that will sure help her and her family out. I am glad that James won some money also, he and Denise sure do work for thier money in real life.

Yes, Courtney is a waitress, not sure if that is by choice or maybe she is going to college but she is young and by the looks of her she can afford the bleach for her hair. haha Sorry, the mean streak in me getting back at her for the horrible thing she said about Denise. James did say his dad give him a shovel when he was 11 yrs. old. I wonder if he was able to finish school or been working all this time?

Ok, so everyone wanted James to win...He didn't and there is a reason for that. He was NOT THINKING! Oh well, I bet you he will be in the next one.
Does Todd deserve to win? You bet. One of the best PLAYERS of the game. He made sure that he brought with him exactly who he needed to win. Amanda gave it away by being too apologetic. Granted it is great that she is a sympathetic person. But what happened is that she basically said "I don't see this as a game. This is real life" Think about it. Any game that you play you are going to be using a type of deception. Basketball: You fake left and go right. Monopoly: has anyone ever hid your $500 bills. Uno: You don't let people know how many cards you have left. Baseball: the pitcher throw the man out at first after looking like he was going to pitch the ball. This is a GAME!!! That's all. The best player knows this and treats the WHOLE game like it is GAME. That is exactly what Todd did. Now of coarse I didn't want him to win, but he played the perfect game. Even better than Hatch.
ok that's my 2 cents...
Can't wait until February. 'Til then. God Bless.

The only thing about James, is that I think he got too "cocky" thinking that he had the game in hand, and forgot that someone could stab him in the back like that. I was pleading with him to plpay that idol, but I guess thats the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.

That is funny. I wonder, how many of us sit there and watch that show and yell at the players to do something. I know that I did that on that episode. I was saying out loud "PLAY IT, PLAY IT!!!" lol For some reason they seem to not even noice that I'm there. :) Merry Christmas

If you happen to have "On Demand" Survivor puts its episodes in there. I usually watch it there during the week if I get busy during the 8pm hour.

Well I definitely wanted James to win from the start, so I was sad he didn't play the idol. When it came down to the final 3, they were all annoying and in the end Todd deserved it more than the others.
Amanda was playing the innocent card and Courtney was playing the "skated by" card, but Todd was playing the "I played you all" card so I think he did outwit many people.

Yeah there were no positive attributest I could find with those final three, and took issue to each of their answers in the final tribal counsil. Did I also mention I really thought it was dumb the way they did the fade-out to the live show?

Obviously you have to acknowledge that the winner of the game, won for a reason. Yes, he lied to everyone, he backstabbed everyone, but when he was answering the quesions from the jury he had total control of what he was saying and he did a great job.
Was he one of my favorites~ NO!
I can see why Amanda didn't go with Denise because she would have had no chance if Denise was on the final 3.
It was a huge mistake on Denises part not to form an alliance with Eric and PG. Her mistake lead to the final 3 being who they were.
James was just foolish to now play one of those idols the time he was voted out.
I was happy to see James win the money from Sprint. Did you see that magazine shoot of him~ wow!

Yeah James blew it for himself, he cannot blame anyone but himself for how well that Todd manipulated everyone. Kudos for the win to Todd, but I am not a fan.

I only watched parts of the shows. Just to much griping, complianing, bickering and all that. That has been alot of hte series lately so i am not much of a fan anymore. But I did watch the final and I would have to say that Todd did play the game. And that hasn't been done for some time/episodes. Seems more, just who was liked the best. But Todd did play the game -out wit part. He lied, and cheated, but did it strategically which is where the "outwit" comes in. Amanda had nothing to offer, and Courtney just rode in on coat tails as the weakest and no threatening player, but did nothing to earn her place in the finals. SO yeah, I was glad that Todd won - he did earn it. Which is something that hasn't happened in a few series!

When you say there was too much griping, complaining, bickering and all that .... sounds to me like you are describing any and all the Survivor shows, that is part of going out of your comfort zone with a bunch of strangers all fighting to win the big bucks. LOL

Oh I know. It has been going on for some time. I have eventually not enjoyed watching as much cause of it. I enjoy the challenges - amazing what they can put together to accomodate literally all types and sizesa nd such of people. Very unique. But that bickering and all.. just take the fun out of it. No one played the game - (well, except for Johnny Fairplay!) to outwit or out stratigize like Todd did for some time. And then he admited to the wrongs/lies he did BUT told WHY he did it! His stategy was very interesting and he played the game, not just bickered and whined and grumbled.

I sure as heck am surprised Courtney made it to the end, but then Todd played it right. Make friends with a friend, make friends with a weakling, make friends with the big strong guy. He played the game the way it should be played and I think he deserved to win, especially after his response to people's questions - especially John Robert's.
I really liked James after last night's show. He seems so shy and embarrassed about all the attention.
The comment about Amanda looking all doughy-eyes was bang on the money. She was always looking so puppy dog pleading with people. Gag!
And don't you think Courtney looked like Courtney Love?

Todd deserved to win because he convinced more people for a vote than the other two.And to say other people were more deserving is not correct because they were outplayed evidently.
