slippers

for july 4th my fiances mom *mother in law* got me transformer sleepers that say robots in disguise everytime you walk on them.. i love them but sometimes they do get annoying so i just switch them off

I would wear them for my kids, if someone got them for me but i would never buy them for myself or anyone else...except my kids, I love warm cozy slippers, that don't make noise and aren't too big...my dog would go crazy if they made some sort of noise everytime i walked on them....but it would be fun to watch her go nuts...she chases my 2 year old all around the house when she has her mickey mouse ones on...the kids love big funny slippers....have you seen the family guy ones at wal mart...I can picture some people actually walking around in them...some one like perter off of family guy...

Yes i have. I didnt really consider it odd though. I got a pair of slippers one year that had cats on them. My mom got them for me for christmas because i really loved cats. They were actually really cute and they kept my feet warm. I still wear them to this day.

I don't have any slippers that have characters on them. I would trip on those kind. My aunt did buy me a pair of fuzzy purple slippers last year and I wore them out they were so comfortable.

I have some that look like bear claws. Scared the cats. LOL

hahaha! If I own one of those slippers, I will wear them only at home. hehe

Quality and quantity, the two rules regarding any purchasing of gift. No matter how nice the gift is, if the gift is either terrible or not plentiful enough, the gift will not be a success. Also, make sure you can meet all the required charming needs.

i think if you really know the person and you think that person will dig that kind of gift then its okay. i used to have animal slippers when my children are still toodlers but now that they are teens we dont have anything like that in the house already.

Of course I will wear them! The bring some fun to my day. I actually am not very good with slippers since I tend to take them off anytime I sit down, and then I forget all about them when I get up. But I don't have anything against those funny slippers with animals or other things. I probably wouldn't buy them for someone else, though, unless I knew that they enjoyed it. But if someone gave me a pair of those I would wear them .

my hubby got a slippers that sounds like a metal toy when you walk, clank, gronk, its like metal falling. it gives me a headache. actually someone gave it to him maybe they got annoyed to thats why they gave it to my hubby. my hubby doesnt wear it because its giving me a headache.
