pepper spicy hot is a maninly to the flavor ,many both inside the food and various seasoning's .cjina has four major cuisine ,there are maninly to the spicy si chuan and xiang cai ,but the pepper hot pot is china;s well-known dish ,every chinese have eaten this food ,eat? then it came to china ?
