Heart trouble

I am a sixty six year old man who has a mechanical aortic heart valve. I have had it since 2002 and was wondering if anyone out there has on and how long you've had it? The Dr told me they had no idea how long the things would last and I thought it would be interesting to talk to others who have been there.

Well guess you need to eat more healthy lesser meat and exercise more frequently , nice to see a sixty six year old guy here yea . take care dude enjoy your stay here
