Leg pains "manas"

Hello,
Does someone know any information about "pamamanas". What are its causes, preventions and treatment?
Currently, my wife is on her 8th month pregnancy. She's complaining of leg pains known as "pamamanas".
I would appreciate your help... thanks a lot...
