hello,
I really think that we didnot need a foreign coach.... with prsence of V. Prasad, Robin Singh, L. Rajput and our 5 senior players... By appointing Gary Kirsten.... I really dont know wat BCCI wants to prove???

Well... I agree that Indian team is playing well without a coach and the idea of having different coaches for different department is not bad. Extending the role of the manager is also a nice change to see and I hope it would bring positives to the side. I don't think personally that a coach is required for the job. I would say that having a manager and different coaches would be the future of the sports.

it is not about India is playing well so we don't need a coach. It is about how they are performing in real sense which will decide whether we require a coach or not. The thing is after the two coaches were appointed we have hardly played a series against any good team except for the 2020. And then our team did very well. So we can say that team gelled pretty well with the coach and perform pretty good but the thing is a good coach specially batting coach will always understand better the conditions and can give you important dates which can change a place performance in a big way. So it is always a better option to have a good professional coach specialised in batting also.

see the work of coach is that give sugeesions to the player how to increase there abillity,wat is te mistake did player done on the last match & clear that mistake.But the main thing that cricket should be played by a player on the ground not a coach.so this is waste thing that a coach..coach
