Have you witnessed a wedding ceremony?

I think this is always an interesting issue. The bride and the groom can feel the excitement. Why I started this topic? Well, my cousin invited me to be with her wedding. I think she's 27 years old already and I always thought that that's the right age.. ^^. I wasn't able to be my brother's wedding last May and I'm glad to take this opportunity, just to witness and to learn how it is being done. Have you? ~mar

Of course I witnessed it. The latest time is in October when my college friend got married. We was invited to her wedding. By the way, congratulations to your cousin and I hope she will have a wonderful wedding and enjoy her happy marriage:)

yeah, it's very interesting to witness a wedding ceremony. there, we can see a couple promises to keep loving each other in every situation until they die.

I've only ever been to three weddings. I was the flowergirl at my mother's brest friend's wedding when I was 3, it was a very nice wedding, the only thing I can't remember was the bride's dress. I attended my half-sister's wedding when I was 8, it was sort of tacky, really ugly colours and the reception hall was really grungey. And I went to my boyfriend's friend's wedding when I was 17, it was horribly tacky. It was a really cheap, thrown-together, shotgun wedding at a trailer park clubhouse.

I went to my brother's as well as a close friend of mine's wedding. It's interesting to see how each couple decides to do their wedding decorations and what not. It's also interesting to see how long those relationships will last and what happens to each couple .

I have thought about the preparations prior to the wedding. Not just that... but like what you've said, it is interesting how they both decide... Hmmm I am thinking about some misunderstandings. Thanks for responding.

Yes, i have attended wedding ceremonies quite a few times already. My very first was with my cousin's and the rest were of my friends'. But what gave me the thrill in witnessing one was my own sister's wedding. It was double the excitement because i got to witness not only the church ritual but also the preparations months before until the finale of the ceremony in the church. I can't describe my feelings seeing my sister very happy at that moment, it made me cry tears of joy.
