Gray Hair and should you Dye it?

It took me a long time to start graying. On one hand I think it looks distinguished on the other, it reminds me that I am aging. Everyone tells me that I look like I'm about 32 and I'm 39. I think the gray will now add on the years. I'm thinking of dyeing my hair but it's just like beginning to use makeup. Once you start, you become accustomed to the new you. Do most women dye their hair or just embrace growing older?

I certainly embrace growing older, but cannot help but think if people are graying in their 30's it might be from a nutritional deficiency rather than age.

I'm 44 and I hardly have any noticable gray hair. I think that if I started to get more and I wasn't pleased with the way it looked, I would dye it until it becomes completely gray. I love gray hair but, you know how sometimes when it's mixed in with your normal color it just doesn't look right?
