Trouble Fatty Areas

My trouble fatty areas are my thighs. I'm a young black male of a certain age and I'm not sure why my thighs jiggle so damn much. I walk more than any and every one I know. And yet they're still jell-o. What are the best ways to tighten up the thighs. Workouts that require no gym equipment, or that can be fashioned using items around the home.
Thank for any/all assistance.

Hi Twan,
Well, we as a black race have a lot of issues with trouble fatty areas. Me being a black woman, mine seem to be my thighs and my mid section. I have learned that if you do squats, it helps to tighten the muscles in your thighs and keeps the jello away...lol. You can stand behind a chair also, and do side leg lifts. That works to tighten the lower abdomen and the thigh muscles as well. You can also lay on the floor and do leg lifts and also pull your legs in toward your chest to tighten those muscles. These are some of the things that I was taught in my 10 years of military service, and they have helped me out a lot.
Good luck sweetie!!

Much Thanks Taz. I've been trying my "lay on the floor" moves for a few days now. It just irks the hell out of me because I'm like 100 lbs in the middle of a thunderstorm for sobbing out loud. It's just my thighs.
