past love?

YEAH!i know that feeling about your past love.its because i already experience that, my past boy friend make me cry,he gives me a lots of problems and heart aches but i still love him,even until now i can say that i really love him and i cant forget him even he gives me a lots of pain in my whole life, maybe because hes my first and last love ever in my life.even i have a new boy friend now i still love my past boy friend and i cant help my self to think for him. I don't know why. reanicah

You know gurl I can understand you much because Ive been also to a sort of situation.... Yes somehow we think that those things are done.... that we have overcome it already but the real thing is we are still conquered by it! are you still meeting that guy? People cant forget someone if they are still meeting each other.. You know gurl, the best thing to do to cast him off in you is let yourself suffer now... accept that you are hurt... dont try to show that you are ok.... let yourself exercise the pain so that time helps you heal it.... tell youe closest kin about it... Let them help you solve it! Ant trust yourself that you can make it...

I must sayu you are 200% right. We are hurt when that person we trusted so much ditch us. It is very hard to get over that broken realtionship. It is really hard to forget those happy moments shared together. It may be that at that moment you hate and like to forget that person. But everytime you end up remembering that person.

ahhhh.. that was me 5 years ago. it is really difficult to let go of someone who has become part of us. and i told myself that i did not want to undergo the same experience again. i vow that a relationship is as good as the last one. and there is always an effort to make my relationship last and work. as they say, love is a decision. and you can always decide either way, to let go or hold on. past love, as you put it, is better to be let go.
