Why people abandon that dog?

I dont' know why people do this to their poor animals. But hopefully some one stopped and picked it up and helped the dog out.

it is not be sure that the dog is been adandon by its owner,maybe it is couldnot find the way to home ,and the familly is finding it.from the change of its hair we could know that it must be a long time that it seperate from its owner.so its owner must very miss it. so we shoule not explain the owner. the best way is some adopt it and wait the chance to give it to the owner.

we have to accept the fact that there are cruel and heartless people in this world. However, we also can't discount that there are also some people who may not be able to afford to raise the dog anymore and thus, abandoned it... same case as how there are human orphans around. Perhaps you should adopt it? Or take care of the dog temporarily before finding a new owner or sending her to a shelter?

it might be sb who hate dog or sb who is too poor to raise a dog ,and is is posslbie that the dog do something wrong that makes her host angry.so her host abandon her.
