You are saying it because you don't have the conviction to look good... You should always have that certain drive inorder for you to control any thing in your life... You yourself can only control a part of yourself, you get what I mean?

Whenever you feel like eating, then please drink lots of water. Then you will be easy to get full and perhaps you won't have the appetite to eat anything else.
