why do we become common?

I think most people go through this phase in career in first few yrs of klife. I am an engineer from one of the premiere institution of India. I was always a topper in my academic life. But now in my company I am treated very common.May be this phase will go on for another 2-3 yrs and after that i gain importance.

Because we are common person. It seems that eveybody destine to go through such period. Young people are always full of aspiration which probably will be calmed down as soon as he step into society, at work, unless his first job do meet his requirement. But as you integrated into the sociey and environment you worked in, you will find out that many things are much different as you expected and sometimes you have never been imagined. Wouldn't you think that you are getting more and more mature in the disposal of matters? Remember it's always different-impossible, maybe- for one person to change environment, but it's much easier to be vice versa. Take it easy, but remeber try your best to do a good job as possible as you can, during which you may learn many things which could only be gained outside university. Besides, please keep your passion for a good future. Do steadfastly toward your goal, you will achieve it. I talked too much a little away from the point.

Hello friend. I think that we are more enthusiastic the first few years when we start to work after graduation, but gradually it seems that our enthusiasm is getting lost with time passing by as we are getting used to the working environment and it does not seem so attractive to us. Also there are so many issues for us to solve that we may sometimes find it is very boring and disappointing with the appearance of them. It is very natural for us to get common eventually, but if we are always full of interest in what we do, things will be different. Enjoy your work, friend.
