Group of not-deseving-leaders... Is your supervisor belongs to this?

well i have seen mny people in my office till date where some leaders dont deserve to be leaders and some people who deserve to be leaders but are not leaders.actually there are many reasons for it.many people even if they dont have experiences become leaders since they all sorts of praising to the the big boss,who inturn promote them and after theri promotion they just want to rule people.some graduates who come from big institues are being directly given senior post.by their academics they might be deserving it but then they dont know how to be a good leader.i dont have to say anything ot this.since world is a stage where everyone plays his part.i go office to work so that i can meet my ends.i get promoted on my efforts so i am happy.this is a bad world where one can seemostly bad people around.one sould try his or her best not to be swayed by it.

Actually here in my office, it's like that. Some of the time, it's not based on what you know, but who you know, that landed people their jobs here. I think that people with the experience deserve those positions and not the ones that were hired.
