Not all the employers are like this. But as a employer he may want to extract from the available source. Somecases the employers want to train their employees in all areas. But todays environment employers prefer to give the work to the specialist of the subject only.

Though not all the employer do this kind of things, but as a human being it is a general tendency of an employer to get most out of the bag. Wrong things sometimes they do is they forgotten that any stress or work overload may substaintialy reduce the work flow of the employee.
