How can i pass an interview for a call center position?

Actually, i'm scheduled for an interview next week and i feel so excited about it because its my first time being interviewed for a call center... i know there many guys here already working in their perspectice centers... i was just asking for some tips on how can i pass them without any backers or referrers... please? ^_^ thanks! peace out!

hmmm.. the best i could tell you is be very very confident. those interviewer (specially those for final interview) can really sense if you're not comfy and trembling inside.
.
and another crazy tip.. keep talking! they like it when you keep talking. even if you're tense, if you keep talking, they wouldn't mind. if they ask you something so annoyingly not related to the business, be happy! coz what you say wouldn't matter. they just want to know how good you speak. c',)

If you have relevant experience, then be sure you have to mention it. And you have to show that you are nice and very patient all the time. I think besides of these, keeping a smile and being confident will lead you to win the interview.

For you to be able to land for have a job in a call center you must show to them that you are well confident in answering their questions but of course i know that everybody is entitled to have a nerve in interview even me..i guess talking in english at home or have your practice would may help you to be more confident and ready yourself in possible questions, also expect the unexpected questions like under the sun question..try to ask some friends of yours who are working in a call center so you may have an insight about it..
