A blog is a special kind of website that uses a software called CMS for "Content Management System". It's an easy way to manage a site or rather a portion of a site because usually when you have a complete website you have a forum and a blog.

websites have many advantages over blogging. particularly in the control of layout. blogging has templates that you can design, but only up to that. blogging is designed for journal entry, although this has been improved by many bloggers. websites are for information, promotion, and more interactive than blogs. however, blooging is free while websites are not.

I think websites are better because they can be more personalised to how someone wants their site and blogs can only have a skin added to them. Blogs are usually easier to update, but have many features. Websites can have as many features as someone wants them to. ~Joeys wife
