I have a messenger account

I have been gone from the internet for a while and what I am wondering is what happened to yahoo messenger I used to go to a room and there would be several people there talking now I go to a room and there is nobody but a bot. Can anybody tell me what is going on with it.

I havent been in a chat room in some years.I have yahoo messenger and that works fine.Maybe the system is down or something.

I know that I tried mine also but it maybe because I have an older version maybe later when I get time I will download a newer verision and I will let you know what I find out.
