I love the drive-in! We have a triple screen drive in 5 minutes from my house. We go a few times every summer. It's a lot cheaper than the regular movie theater, and you can take your own food!

I know at the one we go to it cost $5 for people 12 and up and 11 and under is free. That is great cause it only cost for my husband and I. I really like it when they are playing a kids movie first then a movie my husband and I want to see. By the time the kids movie is over the kids are asleep.

I used to go to the Drive -in movies just about every other nite. a bunch of our friend would go in someones old chevy packed like sardines. I remember some of us used to hide in the trunk so we would not have to pay for that person. LOL.. I even took a turn back there.. When I did not go alone with my boyfriend,Id get out of the car cuz we were so many and me and my girlfriends go sit on the swings and watch the movies from there. I had alot of fun at those Drive-in movies, I sure hated when they tore all of them down. Wow, remember the big ole lines at the snack bar at intermission...Yes, that good butter popcorn they sold, and some of the movies were even good..LOL

i don't remember the days that you are talking about cause I am to young, but during the summer the drive in here has really long lines at the snack bar thing. It cost $5 for people 12 and up and 11 and under is free. Which is really great cause I have 4 kids under the age of 12. So we stop and grab eith pizza or burgers and a cooler of drinks and we are set for the night. We pay $10 to see what it would cost $70 to see in an indoor theater. They just put up a second screen so last weekend they played Santa Claus 3, Flushed Away, Flags of Our Fathers, and The Guardian.

I love the drive in because its cheaper and when you have a family of five you can save money. We stop at the store and get an unlimted supply of snacks and pig out. lol
I love it....Go Swap Shop.
