If you have high blood pressure, you can practice this simple excercise 15 min a day and it can help you lower and control your blood pressure: here are the steps; 1) Find a room or a quiet place that you can go there every day for exercise. 2)You can either sit on a chair, or cross leg or lay down. You can do whichever you feel comfortable. That is why a a quiet and comfortable room is important. 3) Clear your mind exercise. Take a long breath in and slowly breath out. Do it for 3 times or until you feel calm. 4) Imagine a light enter from your head to your face, your neck arms, to your heart, and to your whole body. And, come out of your feet are your worries, your tenses, your stress. You acn imagine it as a light, a love of God if this makes you feel confortable and touched. Practice it 15 minute a day and in a week you will notice that your blood pressure will start to go down and stay down. Good lick and may God less you

You should try it. It help me. Be patience and give it some times. At the beginning you may not feel the effect that much but as you progress in your meditation routine you see your blood pressure become lower and stay low. Remember don't give up! It works but how fast and how effective depends on each person. Good luck!
