Hi Guy!
Our wedding will be on May next year; hence, I started going to the gym and control my food in-take to lose weight. However, I observe that as I lose weight my skin is getting darker? Is losing weight and having darker skin connected? Can I do something about it?
Looking forward to your suggestions. They will help me a lot.

hey xxxcoolfirexxx, some people say that it would be a good idea to drink some mineral water before a meal. Other people say that yogurt is beneficial if you eat 5 – 6 times a day, as it reduces appetite, therefore you can eat it before meals. As diets are frustrating sometimes, most of the people would like to lose weight without being on a diet. You know very well that excessive weight is tiring for heart and joints. Therefore, if you want to lose weight without following any weight loss diet, you must take up physical activity, first. When the number of calories is low, the body adapts to the situation, thanks to a natural adapting mechanism. You can go for a walk, several times a week, or you can climb up and down stairs several times a day; they are easy, but efficient activities. You should take up these activities at least 10 minutes per day.
If you are serious about weight loss, you must be careful with the fats you eat. Oils and sauces must not exceed the amount of one spoon per meal. You can eat butter from time to time, if you do not combine it with sugar, salami, or cheese.

Thanks Sugarfloss!
By any chance, would you know why my skin is getting darker? hehe I have this crazy theory, I thought that as a person gain weight, her skin stretches making her look fairer but since I am losing weight, my skin is contracting does making it look darker.
Kinna crazy but if my theory is right what kind of skin products can I use?
Feel free to counter my theory as well :)
