Don't you just love Havaianas?

I was not interested in buying those quite expensive flip flops that doesn't really looked different from all the others. A friend gave me a pair last Christmas '05 and thought that it wasnt actually worth it. When I started wearing them, it was indeed very comfortable and must say quite fashionable. Since then, I started collecting and now have 8 pairs and still counting. Are you collecting them too? How many pairs do you have?

i just can't believe why these havaianas are that expensive.. but i never have had one, & not even try fitting those to my feet.

I would start if you give me one. Anyways, a friend of mine told me that Havaiannas in Brazil were really cheap. I mean, they did not even consider it as something fashionable. The thing is, when that Brazilian friend if my friend came in the Philippines, he was to shock to see that havaiannas has an exclusive stall. :)

And yes, they are very cheap. In fact, in Australia, they only cost like AUD 8, roughly around 300 pesos. And they were actually used by people from the market and other ordinary people.
Wasn't fashionable back then alright. But they are now. Comes in all colors and designs. You should get your pair and tell us if it is worth or not. TC tryxiness

I used to think the same way before i got may havs...i said, its not worth is, its expensive. but when my friend, a navigator/seaman arrived and brought me havs from Brazil, i tried it out found out that its great! then i went and bought a new pair, right now i have 4 pairs of havs.
