Firstly you must know what makes you lack of confident first then try to solve it . if physically then prehaps you could go for a plastic surgery although i don't recommend.

Make her believe in herself. Tell her that she has some positive tratis and qualities and if she improves herself, she has determination and works hard..she can do anything in this world. Motivation is key to build anyone's confidence. Best of Luck!

you make your truth friend who's find out you problem why you r not confident in your work if you done your work properly, you read books that's encourage your confidence
