Sometimes I do window shop. If I have money, I buy simple things. They make me feel release the pressure I feel. Different people have different ways of coping with pressure. Sometimes, listening to soft and mellow music makes me feel more relaxed too. It really depends on what I want at that moment.

I think eating a good diet like plenty of fruit and vegetables is a sensible idea. Making sure that you have enough of the required vitamins otherwise taking vitamin supplements is important. Having enough exercise like walking, jogging, running, swimming or cycling is good for you. To keep in a good mood relaxation can be done with imagery, like thinking about a tropical beach, taking a deep breath or chilling out whilst listening to music. Having a hot drink or having a warm bath will help you sleep at night. Not taking work pressure too seriously will help. All work no relaxation will be dull, so make time for rests like a walk in the fresh air. My sister uses yoga so that is something that can make you relax. Good luck and welcome to My Lot.
