Pardon me for my ignorance, but can you please be more clear as to what is ACW? I'm not very familiar with such acronyms.

ACW - after call work
an alotted time for you to input something or anything to finish work. but earlier i did not know that i was on that mode and acw is only good for 10 secs.. c".)
