i hate to go grocery shopping because there is food in the house, but at the same time it seems like there is nothing to eat! there is a football game tonight...so something quick and easy hopefully!!
i was thinking of mac and cheese...(homemade)
a list of random things in my cupboard & fridge:
frozen meatballs
chicken nuggets
2 tiny frozen chicken pieces
pasta
tomato sauce
pancake mix
potatoes
stuffing in a box
flavored rice
various soups
cheese
jalepenos
bread
i have no eggs either :(
Will have to do an ingredient search on Allrecipes.com I think
What are you making for dinner? Any ideas for me?

Don't forget the veggies! A balanced diet will help cut down on those insurance claims and sooth the frazzled nerve endings that come from having to do a pile of paperwork! Ah, but your ingredients sound so good.
Mac and cheese (home made, of course, not that salty stuff in the cardboard boxes) is my comfort food. I try to only eat it when I need comfort, because otherwise I would eat it every day. Mmmmmmm. You are making me hungry!

yes mac and cheese is awesome...i sometimes like it out of a box, but usually i make it homemade. We do have some veggies in the freezer - squash, mixed vegs, etc...i do not buy fresh too often because it is expensive & we don't always eat it fast enough (produce from the grocery store might last a day or two at most & I don't have the time or patience to go shopping every day!)

I'm going cheap and easy tonight. I'm making hamburger helper. My daughter loves it. My husband works late so I only need to cook for the two of us.
