You can use winavi. It is a very easy to use video converter. You can convert to any range of video formats. You can actually do much with it and trim down the video size.

nero has one.you can also try to convert you video files at media-convert.com there you can upload your files and convert it online and then download the converted file to your computer no installation and upgrade required.

I use this convertor called TOTAL VIDEO CONVERTOR, it can convert any format to any format. You can specify all the parameters or none at all.. Search for it in www.katz.cd You willl definitely find it very usefull.. You can extract audio off videos too...

I may not have this clear, but I believe that Prism ( http://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/index.html ) and Express Burn Plus ( http://www.nch.com.au/burn/plus.html ) may be helpful for you.
