I don't even know where to begin this year. My kids are getting so old, 26,22,17. Very hard to shop for ages. Guess I'll have to get out this weekend and get shopping. Maybe I should just get them gift cards from several stores...that would be the easy way of doing it...so let me hear how many of you are done.

You are definitely not the only last minute shopper...In fact, b/c I also live paycheck (or should I say, unemployment check to unemployment check...which is not enough) to paycheck, I am forced to make things for people...I haven't been this poor in a very long time...I just sold a dryer I've had and am going to use that money to buy everyone a little something...A "Beggers Christmas" for sure this year...I also hate to go and exchange gifts when I don't have anything to give...I won't go unless I have something so it kinda leaves me out of the events...No biggie...I really am not a holiday person..this time of year I am usually too depressed for whatever reason..a very draining season without a doubt...Oh well..my two cents...

Ha, ha, you are not the only one. I also have to go out this weekend. If you get gift cards be very careful. Some cards expire, some take a fee when the person uses them. I saw a program on this not too long ago. Read the fine print. I also have to get something for a teenager and have no clue what to get. My own kids are also grown up and the worst ones to buy for. They don't want anything. They like to live a minimalist life style and don't want "stuff" . So last year I gave a donation to a charitable organization that provides live stock to poor families in Africa. So I got the gift of a goat in my son's name. He just loved it. This year he mentioned that he would like a book. I will see what this year's best sellers are. So you see I know exactly how you feel. Well, then lets go shopping and a Merry Christmas to you!

I am sure you are not the only one, but we have finished ours 2 weeks ago. It is such a good feeling. I think gift cards sound very good. It will make it very easy for you and they can get whatever they would like.

I haven't shopped yet. I don't know what to get them. I already tried to shop last week, but I think I just wasted my time because I haven't found anything they would like. Of all the things they asked, it just have to be difficult ones. Example: my sister wants something japanese. Where in the Philippines could I find something japanese that's cheap? I found a few wallclocks but they're way past my budget. lol.
Tomorrow I'll have another try. Actually, I really have to make up my mind by tomorrow, because I'm running out of time.
I hope your shopping would go well.
Have a Merry Christmas!

Let me see where do I begin hahaha...I don't go out to the malls or what not too many lines too many crowds...I prefer shopping online it's better...and sometimes they have better deals than the store itself...And because of the holiday they deliver for free you can check out some great give on sale now for kids in your age group...I got a printer and a flash drive for my 22 year old sis and for my bro who is in his late twenty forgot his age (not biological brother) I got him a GPS for under $200 dollars from my site---http://makingmoneyandshoppingincyberspace.blogspot.com/
