Your opinion on Preaching

Everything looks fine when everybody goes about their lives with their own relegious beleif (or lack of belief). But then there are people who make an attempt to impose what they beleive on others. We might have all come across people who start a conversation with you on some spiritual topic or on some incident that has a thin connection towards relegion and slowly make it relegious. And finally, they go on to proclaim that your beliefs are false and that their relegion is "true". It confuses you when they use the word true. Are they saying that their relegious history is true? Or are they saying that their methods of worship are true?
There are also people who start by pretending that they want to learn your relegion and begin by questioning. This questioning eventually leads to them trying to prove everything you beleive as wrong.
The question is simple. Does preaching turn people hostile towards members of a the relegion the preacher belonged? Or worse, does preaching turn them hostile towards spiritual discussions?
Thanks.

We can practice our beliefs, and same time respect others beliefs. Imposing is not a right way, Infact one cannot be imposed to a religion as long as he willingly accept it :)
It's a Muslim's duty let know others about Islam and it's features, not imposing.
I can't agree all religions are truth, but passing statements, blaming and disrespecting other religious beliefs are bad.

It is nice to hear from you that you do not stand by the view of people who try to 'impose'. A little bit of common sense to religious practices can make a whole lot of a difference to the way people perceive a religion. Thanks for the response.

Thanks..
Quran says:
The right path is clear from the other path....
God has promised everlasting paradise for those follow it...
And God warned about rejecting it and living as they want..
Whoever want to accept or decline can do it...
No Compulsion in the Religion.
