Howmuch tea/coffee do you take in a day???

I will take more than 5 cup of coffee a day. I love coffee and it is one of my favorite drink specially in the morning. I take a cup of coffee in the morning, even in the lunch time, merienda time or dinner time. I will take also a coffee when I feel something unexplain to my body and when I feel stress. For me coffee is my vitamin for my body.

I drink 3 cups of Coffee and 1 cup of tea everyday.The tea is for the anti-oxidation and the morning coffee is for stimulation.I cannot begin my day without a cup of coffee.Its an addiction.

2 or 3 cups of cofee at day... more of them make me irritable or strange :) lol

I know I drink to much coffee!! roughly about 8-10 cups a day. I've even tried quiting, It gave me a severe headache!!! I'll drink fresh or instant as long as its good!

depends on the weather.if it is cold i can usually drink about 5 cups a day.if it is hot i usually have about 2 cups in the morning and drink water the rest of the day.when i am on the computer at night i have to have my coffee at all times.cheers sue

I have to admit I drink way too much coffee. I don't own a coffee pot, I have a coffee urn. That should tell you something!
