Isnt it about time we have laws on Cyber Child harrassment?

I was shocked to read recently that a woman Lori Drew, registered on myspace with a fictitious name of Josh Evans and lured a young 13 year old girl into friendship but later started some kind of cyber harrassment against her. Lori Drew made the little girl feel so depressed that she committed suicide! She has not been formally charged, shouldnt she face the law on this cyber crime?

wow ! did the little girl die? If she did thats appalling!can you give more details ? If this woman harrased the girl then she should be charged(although with what I couldn't say)Anyway I know people enjoy a bit of roleplay but this sounds really damaged!!!
