The cost of Christmas

With 6 boys, the cost of Christmas could go through the roof, but hubby and I try to keep the espense down while still pleasing the boys. This year we managed to keep the cost down to $1500 for all the boys, each other, and all of our other family members.
So, how much is Christmas costing you?

I will be cutting so much on my Christmas expenses this year. Reasons? I just bought a new car, had a little house renovation and I gave a children's party to my girl last Dec. 11. We have spent so much and it will be impractical if we'll spend more.

Hi I have 2 kids and the cost seems to rise every year for gifts. I am not completly done my shopping yet but the total is over $ 1000 not including tree or stocking stuffers.
