What do the Stars with Numbers in them Mean?

I might not be the best to answer this but I'll try. That star is your "Ranking" people rank you with the +'s and -'s in those boxes to the right. But you can't have a star until you have 100 points in your parenthesis. But someone, somewhere is keeping track of your rankings. Hope that helped. Hope that was correct.
