LIfe On The Streets Hard Times For Mother & Child Continued

The people at this restaurant were not only nice enough to give the woman food, they gave her clothing and shoes. Living on the streets was hard and the mother got sick and the child didn't know what to do. Fearing she would no longer be able to take care of her child she brought her to the restaurant one night and begged the owners to take the child until she was better. The couple agreed and though the girl cried, the woman knew she was doing the right thing. She went to the clinic, but it was too crowded and she was hungry so she left and planned to go back the next day. The next morning the police were called to check out an abandoned car. The woman was inside covered with the blanket she had traded her shoes for. The coroner figured she was dead a few hours.
