hate to bust your bubble but I've got to before someone else does. Firstly, if you're trying to get people interested you've got to give some more personal details about the site. Moola.com is a good site but they do have a minimum. And that minimum is $10. But you can tell them that they don't have to put up any money. That when they reach $0.00 they can get started with another penny. So there's really nothing to lose and everything to win. Tell them about the wheel, the games, etc.
