Good day everyone!!c",)
Do you always rate discussions w/ the responses and comments you participate with? Does rating a post Plus(+) add on our earnings?
As for me i always do rate it with a plus +, as i enjoy reading them...As much as possible I don't want to rate a negative on anyone's posts or comments..
How about you guys? Merry Christmas and God bless

I rate most positive or I don't rate at all. I stay away from negative rating as long as I am on Mylot. Negative rating should be eliminated in general.
Merry Christmas to you too...:)

I still think that negative should be removed....
We have to respect other peoples view...

Same here, i don't like rating a negative even if i don't like the discussion or responses and comments. Though i did it once or twice, it's because that someone was very rude. I forgive him though c",) and never wanna do it again to anyone here like what you do i would just leave it unrated.***peace*** thanks for responding dear.

I gave almost everyone who responsesand and comments to the discussons I participate in a plus+.
Whether what they say is useful or not, they all spend time on my question, and I think a plus+ is what they deserve for the time and work.
Good question, mycharm88. Good day to u!

hi mycharm! ^__^
yeah i do. i rate every discussions that i respond to with a (+). and also the responses my discussions get. i give them the positive rating not usually for the content but for the effort they made on responding to my discussion. ^__^
i don't know if it adds to our earnings but i know it affects our reputations and i guess our level of participation.
anyway, i think it will be a good thing if we always rate a discussion or a response with a positive so i think we should continue doing it. ^__^

I always rate every discussion i respond to. One reason i do it so i will know if i have replied to the discussion. Its much easier then looking through all of the responses. I usually always give a positive rating. If i feel that it should have a negative rating then i just dont give one at all.
Merry Christmas to you also.

I always try to rate the discussions and responses that im in.
I 99% of the time will give everyone a plus just for responding.
I don't really like giving anybody negatives,
I don't see a purpose in that unless they are being rude or something.

I make it a point to rate and comment on all of my discussions not only because I do see an increase in pay, but it is also out of respect to those that comment. Shoot, they don't have to!! So it is my way of letting them know that I am paying attention and I am interested in what it is they have to say.
As far as HOW I rate, it really depends. I have started discussions before where I was asking for help and I got really mean and rude comments/feedback that I felt was not needed or acceptable. I would say that about 98% of the time I rate a + to my comments. As far as rating other's discussions I always rate a + for the simple fact that I try to stay away from the ones that upset me.

Yes, I always rate my discussion and as long as the comments are related to the topic, everyone gets a plus. I don't know if this affects how much we get paid. But I figure if people are nice enough to respond with a valid comment a + is the minimum I can do.

There are some people who unfortunately deserve a minus. I do not give them very often, but when I do, they are well deserved. There are some people who will respond and be just as rude as they can be. I do not like to be attacked for the way I feel or my opinion.
I do not know if it affects our earnings or not. If it does, I am not yet aware of it.

Gosh, it is only now that I am aware of the rating part, I mean the (+) and (-) signs. I still have to think on how to use the power of rating stuff. :)

First of all Merry Christmas to you too.
Back to the topic.
Well for me, I do the rating depending on how satisfied I am with the answers or maybe if I learn something from the answer. Sometimes I give ratings when I enjoy reading their responses.

I always rate people. It's become a habit. i usually give a +, unless a message is an obvious spam (like a one word starting thread post)

I rate everything I read. I may not comment on every post but I do rate it.The two reasons I give a - is because they either don't answer the question or response is offensive. I have given a + to s post that was totally different than my point of view.

If I am responding to a discussion, I always rate it with a +, as someone has taken the time to write it. I try to read through responses to discussions and rate them with a +, although I'm not sure if this counts towards our earnings here; I don't think it does somehow.
Merry Christmas to you too mycharm!

Yes I do, I don't know if it affects our earnings but I just rate everyone who response in my discussion. For me it is only for giving them incentives becuase they participate in my discussion.

LOL I hardly get any responses. If I get any, they are so few, and I am so grateful for the responses that I give to positive to every single one. I do give a plus for the discussions I respond to. Thats coz I respond only to the discussion that interests me.
