Orkut to be Banned in INDIA ???

Hi all.
this is my first Discussion Topic.
have u heared the news that a lawyer
in Ahemdabad has registered a case in court against
orkut cause someone started a community
named"We Hate India" on orkut.
The details of the complaint has been sent
to google india& the developer of orkut Mr. Orkut.
Well now the question arises will Orkut be banned
in future or something else will happen.
what do u think???

I agree to ur point..
It should be banned not only for this reason.. Most of the students and people spending their time in orkut uselessly..
Instead of scraping their comments, views in public it would be better if they mail or call those respective person..
What U think..?
