Well, I will be working on Christmas Eve......Oh Joy!!!
I have to work from open to close and it's going to suck big time!! Everyone will be coming in to do their last last last minute shopping, so I know we will be swamped.
Pray for me!! Smile!!
So, what will you be doing?

it's our first time spending the new year's eve together
i always spend it with my friend

Sorry you have to work. I talked the General Manager where I work (cold storage warehouse) into closing for the entire day. This is the first time ever he has done this, otherwise we'd have to work a half day. We will be lounging about (my hubby has the day off) and going to my Aunts house in the evening for her yearly "party". Are you off on Christmas Day?

It's ok Sedel...I knew it was going to happen anyway. I'm the only one in management that doesn't have kids, so I figured I'd be stuck at work that day.
Yes I'm off Christmas day - thank goodness!! We are closed that day and I will be off on the 26th as well. Yaaay!!!
Enjoy your party and spending time with your hubby!!
Merry Christmas!!

I will be spending Christmas Eve at my mother's house this year since my husband is overseas and won't be home this Christmas. Really makes me sad because i love waking up at our own home to watch the kids open their presents with my husband at my side and all of us laughing and smiling. Won't be the same, but we will get through it, especially the kids. Once they start opening presents they won't care about anything else. LOL! I didn't wanna be alone on Christmas Eve though, so my parents offered for all of us to come and spend it with them. We will all sit down together and watch the Christmas Story, put the kids to bed, get all the presents and stockings together and in place, and then crash ourselves...knowing the kids will all be up at 6. I'm sorry you have to work on Christmas Eve. I will definitely be praying for you...it's gonna be rough. Have a merry Christmas and God bless

I've always wanted Christmas Eve to be classed as a public holiday, because Christmas is over so quickly and there's only TWO days to it, Christmas Eve should be work free day for everyone! Surely we could survive! Then I guess it'll be the Eve of Christmas Eve we'd hate having to work LOL! Yes I wish things go quick for you and not too much stress. Christmas Eve I may just go for a walk because I hate being in the house all day with no fresh air, they have lots of sales on Christmas Eve too and food is practically given away!
