My girlfriend has got a cold,but she refuses to have medicine.What should I do?

My girlfriend has got a cold,because she doesn't like to wear thick clothes even the weather is quite cold.She has been coughing up rusty or green-yellow phlegm.How can I persuade she to take medicine?Anyone has good suggestions?Thanks alot!

Give her a lot of fluids/water to drink. If you do this, after a day or two, the cough will be gone. Better yet, keep it lukewarm.
If you fail to do this, the cough will last up to two weeks. Take heed. I've been there and water therapy works!!
