Do you have Chinese name ?if so ,do you know where it comes from and what its meaning is ?What can names reflect about a culture?

I'm a chinese girl,so it's sure I have my chinese name.when I'm required to have an english name,I have no idea how to name it or use it,finally I get "spring" as my english name,because it's full of hope,so cheerful for kids... apparently,it's absolutely different from native english language,but I like it

Yes, I do have a chinese name and like names in other languages, they have a meaning to it and almost reflects the parents' hopes and aspirations for their children. :-)
