Why r Moms close to their Sons.

Why is that mothers are more closer to their sons and in most of the cases if you see, the sons are supported by their mothers. I'm talking about most of the mothers and not telling that all mothers are like that.

It just happens that daughters are father's pet and sons are mother's pet.....but that does not mean that fathers don't love sons or mother's don't love daughters....it happens naturally. I am a mother and I totally agree with you. I have two children first my daughter and second my son. I love both of them equally, but since my son is younger he is pet of all of us. Even my daughter loves him more then she loves me or her dad. For me I am crazy about my son. I like anything that he does, I am ready to give him anything he wants , I can cook for him even in the middle of night, and when it comes to argument I am always on my son's side and always protecting him when it is his mistake. What ever it may be, I know that a family is closely related to each other, does not matter who is more close to whom.

Yes you are right.....family is love, family is strength , and family is peace and that is why inspite of difficulties and suffereings, one should get married and have a perfect family........this is life.

Well I liked the way you told your point. Agreed to what I said but then again said its family that is more important. And I agree.. to the fact that, when a family is closely related, then it doesnt matter who is more close to whom. This I am telling from the experience in my family..

You can't really make a general statement like that. I know a few cases where the Mom and sons can't stand each other. In the long run, the son is nowhere near the mother. It is the daughter who finally takes care of the mother in her old age. I never met a son who could take care of an old and weak mother by cooking the food, cleaning up, and washing her clothes. At the most, they might give some money, thats all!

Ok I do agree with your opinion and let me also tell that this is not a general statement. I guess i should have to put the point like this,"when the sons are young." And moreoever if the son leaves the mother when they grow old and mom is staying with the mother, then also the mother asks for the son only. This is a fact which I have seen personally.. Not once or twice, there are many cases where I have seen this.. But I dont mean to say that Mothers dont like their daughters, its just that they are more fond of their sons:)

I guess Freud would say it is an attraction between the sexes. Well, I still claim to know several cases where the Mom and the sonny boy hated each others guts. :)

I dont really know why, since never feel those thing because i have only daughter, but i know most of mom, even the daddy. their daoughter like them most than mom. maybe son for mom & daughter for dad

Nice Discussion Mother are always close to their sons because they keep their baby 9 month in their Womb inside them they have more feelings to them, they feel.

Well man, its not only the son who is in the womb for 9 months, even the daughter is also there for 9 months in her womb..

i think because its also really close to mothers physically. they bore their sons in their bellies for nine months, consuming the same food, so they have a much more connection.
