My 6 year and 3 month old son is getting a new front tooth inside the gum before the milk tooth in that place is gone, will it be a problem. it is forming another line to the inside of the gum. the milk tooth is moving but didn't come out completely. if any thing can be done to get the new tooth in the right place, please let me know.

I would just watch the tooth and hope it falls out soon. It should, but sometimes they get stubborn, and if it's not out in a week or so I'd visit the dentist, just in case. Once the baby tooth is out, the permanent tooth should slip right into the empty spot and be fine. If your son wants to try to "help" the baby tooth work itself free, let him do that. It won't hurt anything, and it should make the process move more quickly.

My son's first tooth did that. His baby tooth wasn't ready to come out yet but the adult tooth was half way in. I told him to start wiggling the baby tooth all the time to loosen it up more. I figured it would fall out in a week or so if he kept playing with it but instead he worked at it until he pulled the dang thing out that night, lol. It was pretty messy.
It's best to get the baby tooth out as soon as possible otherwise the teeth won't be lined up right. My son had perfectly straight teeth until the adult tooth came in behind the others. But once the baby tooth was out the adult tooth moved into it's place and his teeth are straight again.
